Macarena joined INNSPIRAL in 2021 as a Business Analyst and currently serves as a Tech Developer, leveraging her expertise in technological development projects. 
Previously, for two years, she was involved in an entrepreneurship venture focused on developing clinical simulators for venous puncture training and another venture dedicated to central catheter installation. Additionally, she provided consultations at +MEANING, an education-based startup, where she systematized a process for creating mathematical activities for students. Prior to that, she worked at Tironi, one of the country’s leading strategic communication consultancies.
