Psychologist, MSc in Organizational Psychology, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (UAI). Certified in Leadership and Innovation, MIT Professional Education, and in Training Process Management, PUC.

Waleska rejoined INNSPIRAL in 2025 as a People Business Partner, ensuring the execution of the organizational strategy through the value of people, culture, and talent development. Previously, she led the People Management and Occupational Health and Safety department at Gasco Magallanes, actively participating in strategic decision-making for the Regional Executive Committee. Between 2017 and 2022, she built a six-year career path at INNSPIRAL as Head of Human Capital, driving the business through a culture centered on experience, well-being, and team development.
