Sebastián came on board at INNSPIRAL as an assistant in administration and human capital in April 2023. Before that, during his internship, he had the chance to step into the role of a unit manager, leading a team of 28 individuals. This experience allowed him to apply the knowledge he gained during his university years and to further develop his leadership skills.
This experience inspired him to venture into founding his own restaurant and bar in 2022. This opportunity helped him refine the tools needed to thrive under pressure and to enhance his problem-solving abilities.
