Comercial and Design Engineer, MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (UAI).

Rafaela joined INNSPIRAL in 2025 as a Business Analyst. Her current role focuses on regional innovation, aimed at the economic, social, and technological development of the Tarapacá Region through innovation projects, technology scouting, and applications for public funding, among others. She previously served as a Category Manager at Paris (Cencosud), where she managed negotiations with national suppliers for more than 25 houseware brands for omnichannel supply and sales. Additionally, she has experience as a trainee in various industries, including Banking, Energy, Food & Beverage, and Consulting.
