Macarena rejoined INNSPIRAL in 2026 after serving as Corporate Innovation Leader at Echeverría Izquierdo. Previously, between 2021 and 2024, she worked as a consultant at INNSPIRAL on 15+ projects involving Innovation Strategy, Innovation Portfolio and Management, Venture Client, Regional Innovation, and Company Building. Her work spanned the Insurance, Energy, Water, Cement, Logistics, Construction, Retail, Media & Entertainment, and Civil Society sectors.
Additionally, Macarena holds a Reforge certification in Growth Marketing and has previous experience working with startups at Grupo Kaufmann and social enterprises such as Balloon Latam. She is characterized by her agile and creative mindset and her commitment to generating sustainable impact.
