Florencia Aguirre

Strategic Designer from UC Chile, with studies in Industrial Design from Politécnico di Torino. 

Florencia joined INNSPIRAL in 2018 as a trainee, returning in 2021 to serve as a Design Analyst. Subsequently, she worked as a Business Designer and has now reached the position of Design Leader. Her role involves designing experiences entirely focused on people, bringing a holistic and sensitive approach to each project. 
Before joining the company, Florencia worked as a systemic designer at EAT, a Norwegian NGO dedicated to transitioning to a sustainable and healthy food system for the community.
