Constanza embarked on her journey at INNSPIRAL as a trainee in 2020, progressing through roles as a Business Analyst before ultimately transitioning into a Business Developer. In her current capacity, she focuses on analyzing and structuring new business opportunities for the company’s clients. Prior to this, she gained experience at Peoble First and the Violence Studies Network at the University of Chile.
