Camila began her career at INNSPIRAL in 2013 and has been leading the company’s strategy and management since 2019 as the general manager. She has overseen innovation systematization and management projects with companies such as Sodimac, Mall Plaza, Echeverría Izquierdo Constructora e Inmobiliaria, CMR, and Hortifrut, and in recent years, she has conducted Executive Training Programs for several of them. Prior to joining INNSPIRAL, she worked at SURA as a Pricing Analyst.
