Andrés is an organizational psychologist who has dedicated a large part of his life to social projects. Thanks to his passion, he joined the Pastoral UC as a coordinator for missions and projects, overseeing 7 projects that involve around 1,400 people every semester.
As he often emphasizes, it was a valuable learning experience in management, leadership, talent management, and teamwork. Currently, he spearheads the human capital management at INNSPIRAL.
