Muvsmart: Transforming Logistics Across Latin America with the Support of Engie Factory and INNSPIRAL
THE CHALLENGE:
Muvsmart, a startup dedicated to last-mile logistics solutions using zero-emission electric vehicles, emerged with the vision of embracing electromobility as the future of transportation.
THE SOLUTION:
Established in late 2016 within Engie Factory, an INNSPIRAL client, Muvsmart benefits from the incubation approach under the Company Builder modality. This method involves identifying business opportunities, developing solutions, and prototyping until achieving a commercially validated Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the market.
THE OUTCOME:
With the support of Engie Factory and the INNSPIRAL team at the group’s accelerator, Muvsmart successfully solidified its position as a leading player in deliveries by 2018, becoming a front-runner in low-emission operations. According to its co-founder, David Berdichevsky, “2018 was a year of growth, with 30 thousand shipments and closed deals with major retail clients.” With plans to expand to Colombia and Mexico, the merger in April 2019 with the Mexican company 99minutos.com gave rise to a comprehensive logistics platform across Latin America, aiming to serve a market of 300 million people.
