Chilena Consolidada, a part of the Zurich Insurance Group, decided to rethink its business strategy in the field of Family Protection Insurance, an area successful within the company but facing increasing competition in this market niche. INNSPIRAL was brought on board to redesign the business strategy of this product line through innovation, with a focus on digital transformation.
THE SOLUTION
The company’s requirement for INNSPIRAL was to explore business models that would double its results in just 3 years. Throughout 2018, an exhaustive study of clients and sales force was conducted, along with a deep quantitative analysis of the company’s data regarding Family Protection.
THE OUTCOME
The collaboration between Chilena Consolidada and INNSPIRAL resulted in the conception of ten projects, four of which were prototyped with the insurer’s clients. The effectiveness of several of these projects was demonstrated, with one of them capable of doubling the value of the sales ticket and increasing the effectiveness of selling this type of insurance by five times. This success reflects the true transformation that the innovative and digital strategy has brought to the landscape of Chilena Consolidada in the Family Protection Insurance market.
