Macarena joined INNSPIRAL in mid-2021 as a Business Leader, subsequently advancing to the role of Business Developer. Previously, she worked as a planning engineer at Masbus, a güil Mobility Ventures startup, where she spearheaded the optimization of public transportation driver schedules. Additionally, she gained experience at Banco Estado Microempresas and at B Balloon Latam, supporting the program’s proper development in methodologies, community, and communications. She has also served as a mentor in various capacities, including InnovaArauco, an initiative organized by the forestry company.
