Claudia joined INNSPIRAL in 2025 as a Business Analyst with experience in the Retail and Mining industries. Previously, she stood out for her participation in innovation projects during her university years, winning first place at the PUC Engineering Demo Day and the People’s Choice Award at an international competition at Virginia Tech. Her professional background includes a role in the product area at Buk and managing internal Lean Transformation projects at the Chilean Safety Association (ACHS). Additionally, she actively leads innovation and effective team programs at Fundación Mercator for university students at the PUC School of Engineering and high school students at Penta UC.
