Bárbara joined INNSPIRAL in 2025 as a Business Analyst, contributing to sanitation and postal service projects. Today, she serves as a Developer, where she builds innovative technological solutions with a strong business foundation. She developed her previous experience at Fundación Amulén as a Water Services Project Manager and through research on rural sanitation services in Chile. Previously, she was a Change Agent at Balloon Latam, focused on social entrepreneurship, and completed her professional internship at ImplementaSur, focusing on solving climate challenges. She is notable for winning the Innovation Challenge for access to drinking water and serving as a teaching assistant for Innovation and Marketing courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC).
